Chronology of cameras Minolta
Traduction de PB
Minolta started producing Leica copies in 1947.
In 1951, Minolta launched an evolution of the model 35 named Model-E. The changes from the previous model are so minor, it is difficult to distinguished them except most of them have "Model-E" engraved on the front of the casing and a built-in diopter adjustment.
It was delivered with a standard f2,8 45mm. It can use any M39, Rokkor, Nikon, Leica,... lenses
But as all the Minolta 35, unlike the Leica, the shutter was fragile and it is now difficult to find one with its original shutter in working condition.
The Minolta E featured on this page is equipped with a Tele Rokkor 13,5cm f1:4, with its hood and accessory finder!
Main features
- separate slow speed dial
- self timer with 2 positions
- 24x34 image size
- Max speed 1/500
- screw mount M39 interchangeable lens
